There are plenty of little furry friends up for adoption at the Pima Animal Care Center.

The county-run shelter is open seven days a week — noon to 7 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.

It’s at 4000 N. Silverbell Road.

If you’re interested in volunteering, fostering or adopting, check out the Pima Animal Care Center page on Facebook: www.facebook.com/pages/Pima-Animal-Care/366924590093854?fref=ts

These photos and descriptions of animals up for adoption at the Pima Animal Care Center are submitted by PACC Pets, a volunteer group.

All the pets featured here have been spayed/neutered and have had their shots.

Be sure to take the pet ID number listed with the animal if you go to PACC to see a particular cat or dog.

Ask about reduced adoption prices on certain pets.
