In “Recycled Metropolis,” participants will use recycled materials to help build a miniature city at Woods Memorial Library, 3455 N 1st Ave. The event, which is free, runs 3:30-5 p.m. 594-5445.

2. Wednesdays

Join the Tucson Singletarians for a social hour at Ole Mexican Grill, 2080 W. Orange Grove Road. The Singletarians are a “friendly, active club for single adults 50 years and older.” Social hours are 5-7 p.m., and the group has other activities including dine-outs, potlucks, dances, game days and trips. Cost is the price of your meal. 326-9174.

3. Wednesdays

Az Air Time, 3931 W. Costco Drive, offers half-off admission for college students with ID from noon to 9 p.m. during “Wildcat Wednesdays.” The business includes indoor trampolines, dodge ball courts, trampoline dunk basketball, a foam pit and other fun activities. Half-off admission is $5.50 the first hour, plus $3.50 after that, and an extra $1.50 for the foam pit. 219-8486.
