Two members of U.S. special forces were injured during parachute training at the Pinal Airpark northwest of Tucson on Thursday.

The accident happened about 12:30 p.m.

Very little information was released about the incident.

 The U.S. Speical Operations Command said two military personnel were practicing routine “free-fall” training when the accident happened. The command has a parachute testing and training facility at the Pinal Airpark

They were both taken to University of Arizona Medical Center. No information was released about their conditions.
