A wildfire is burning west of Nogales, Ariz., in the Coronado National Forest.

The Chino Fire was reported Tuesday and has burned about 50 acres as of Wednesday morning, according to a news release from the forest.

The fire is about seven miles west of Nogales and started in Mexico before burning across the border. It’s burning mainly grass and brush and is about 50 percent contained.

There are two crews and an engine assigned to the wildfire.
