An order of Roman Catholic priests in Mexico have produced a short-film, "Hermano Narco" with the idea to encourage people to forgive those who are involved in drug violence, including drug cartel members and killers. The film follows a young girl who meets and forgives a man who murders her parents. The order is already in pre-production to create 12 more videos that will be distributed online. Mexico has had suffered an estimated 70,000 deaths due to drug violence.
