Come November, Republicans intent on radically changing government will be judged on a simple question: Do their changes help the people or rich GOP contributors? Sen. Gail Griffin appears to serve the latter, particularly developers, in her attempts to weaken the 1980 Groundwater Management Act. She tried it last year and was correctly smacked down by the Ducey Administration. Now, she's wasting all our time again. The bipartisan groundwater protections crafted for the future of Arizona are the envy of other states and nothing to mess with. Hands off, Sen. Griffin!
