Re: the Dec. 1 article "Local credit-card scheme aided by Ukrainian hackers, Hong Kong company."
As a Tucsonan of Ukrainian parentage, I resent the implication about "Ukrainians" in the headline. Nowhere are Ukrainians mentioned in the article and only in the penultimate paragraph is Ukraine is mentioned. The latter does not imply that Ukrainians did the hacking! Ukraine is populated by Russians (and we know their propensity to hack!), by Georgians, Armenians, Uzbeks — and any one of them could have done the hacking. And yet the headline chose to stress Ukrainians! I assume the Star knows the difference between Ukraine and Ukrainians.
