I loved the beautiful article about the Martha Cooper Library! It has turned in to everything my mother envisioned, and it could not have happened with out the loving hearts of those who work there and truly advocate for our children. When we “kids” thought she would retire peacefully we were totally underestimating her heart and her stamina. She tutored children across the street at John B. Wright school, and started a Neighborhood Association which ultimately led to gathering funding and support for this Library. She made lots of big hearted friends and gave back to the community in a truly big way. Thank you Tucson for making her dream come true!
