Fitz is wrong about our governor not understanding the importance of education. Doug Ducey and his buddies know if the electorate isn't educated about finance, then we will believe that a growing trillion dollar deficit is okay. If we don't understand economics, we would actually believe that Mexicans would want to pay for our wall. If we don't study history, we would think that big business will take care of their employees and the environment. And, soon we may all forget what Thomas Jefferson stated: "An educated citizenry is a vital requisite for our survival as a free people."
