Re: the Sept. 13 column "Here's why I'm suing the US to keep DACA intact."

I thoroughly enjoyed Janet Napolitano's comments. Let me condense what she said: She is suing the president of the United States because, when she was in charge of the Department of Homeland Security, she decided to ignore her oath of office to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States," and she encouraged the president to ignore HIS oath of office to faithfully enforce the laws passed by Congress.

So now, we have a president and a cabinet who takes those oaths seriously and literally, so she has to sue them because her desires are more important that the law. Amazing, but not surprising for a left-wing liberal. Even as the Supreme Court reins in the liberal lower court justices (appointed by Obama and Clinton) on their immigration rulings, we have one more example of how liberalism has no respect for the law; it's sole focus is to consolidate power and rule over individuals.
