Poverty in Tucson: Jasmine Huggins and fiance Rudy Casillas

The hectic afternoon is in full swing for Jasmine Huggins, 33, after she says goodbye to her fiancé and daughters to head off to catch the bus to culinary class on Thursday, July 11, in midtown. Jasmine hustles to prepare food and get ready for night culinary arts classes at The Art Institute of Tucson at the same time Rudy Casillas bikes home from his day landscaping job. Parenting duties for their two kids shift during the summer days as Jasmine takes the night classes so Rudy can be home with them after work.
