Qualifying for Rodeo Parade Horseback Marshal

Old Tucson livestock handler Jesse Bell, middle, demonstrates the proper rigging procedures for a horse-drawn wagon as volunteers try to qualify as horseback marshals for the 88th La Fiesta de los Vaqueros Rodeo Parade.
