The number of foreclosures on Pima County homeowners in the first quarter of 2014 was at the lowest level since the recession began.

Records from the Pima County Recorder’s Office show 740 foreclosures in the first three months of the year. That’s lower than the record-high number of foreclosures in one month in the peak of the housing crisis. There were 791 foreclosures in March 2011.
