CFT Developments LLC bought a 2,800-square-foot retail building on 1.25 acres at 1600 W. Valencia Road from Val-Mid Associates to build a Panda Express restaurant. Peter Villaescusa and Jesse Peron, with CBRE, represented the buyer in the $1.21 million transaction. The seller was represented by Beth Jo Zeitzer of ROI Properties in Phoenix and Henry Zipf of Henry Zipf Realty in Tucson.

Diamondback Police Supply Co. Inc. bought the 13,000-square-foot building at 7030 E. Broadway from 3FRP LLC for $800,000. Aaron LaPrise of Picor represented the buyer.

Franz Family Living Trust bought the 11,443 square-foot industrial building at 3970 S. Evans Blvd. from Bill Tegethoff for $675,000. Russell W. Hall and Stephen D. Cohen, with Picor, represented the seller.

Leases

Southwest Design & Steel leased a 16,000-square-foot industrial building at 1502 S. Campbell Ave. from the Rose Richelson Trust. Michael Ebert of Trident Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.

Goodness-U LLC leased 3,722 square feet in The Hub at Tucson, 1011 N. Tyndall Ave., to open a Goodness Market. Debbie Heslop of Volk Co. represented the landlord, Core Campus Tucson I LLC.

Renewed Beauty PLLC leased 3,580 square feet at 3382 E. Speedway in the Rancho Center. Debbie Heslop, with Volk, represented the landlord, Rancho Center LLC, and Greg Boccardo of GRB Group LLC represented the tenant.

The Ballet Conservatory of Dance Music and Art LLC leased 3,450 square feet at Paloma Village Center, 6330 North Campbell Ave. Dave Hammack of Volk Co. represented the landlord, D. Wong & Associates-Arizona LLC.

Agility Spine & Sports Physical Therapy leased 2,880 square feet at 1605 E. River Road. The landlord, Macalu Partners LLC, was represented by Bruce Suppes of CBRE, and the tenant was represented by Tim DeNiro of Commercial Real Estate Group LLC.

Countertop Designs leased 2,540 square feet at 744 E. 46th St. from Rich Rodgers Investment Inc. Brandon Rodgers, with Picor, handled the transaction.

Dao’s Investment Inc. leased 2,090 square feet at Rillito Crossing Marketplace, on the northeast corner of First Avenue and Limberlost Road, to open a Dao’s Tai Pan’s Restaurant. Rick Borane and Dave Hammack of Volk Co. represented the tenant and the landlord, Rillito Marketplace One LLC.

Arizona Elite Plumbing LLC leased 2,000 square feet at 3725 N. Melody Lane from The Tanager Co. LLC. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Monroe, McDonough, Brent & Morales PLLC leased 1,702 square feet at 2500 N. Tucson Blvd. The landlord, a joint venture between AEH Investors IV and PMH Investors IV, was represented by David Montijo and Jeff Casper of CBRE, and the tenant was represented by Mark Hayes of Tierra Antigua Realty LLC.

Jelodon HC leased 1,383 square feet at Campbell Plaza Shopping Center, 2800-2990 N. Campbell Ave. The landlord, Campbell Plaza Two LLC, was represented by Bruce Suppes of CBRE, and the tenant was represented by Rick Kleiner, with Picor.

Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp. leased 1,223 square feet at Ina Executive Center, 3295 W. Ina Road. The tenant was represented by CBRE’s Bruce Suppes, and the landlord was represented by Tom Nieman, with Picor.

TM Fulfillment leased 1,200 square feet at 3933 E. 29th St. from Presson Midpoint LLC. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Walter Unger, with West USA Real Estate Advisors, represented the tenant.

CODAC Behavioral Health Services leased 1,200 square feet at 2001 W. Orange Grove Road from HTA-Tucson Medical Office LLC. Tom Knox, with Picor, represented the landlord.

Bottle Breacher LLC leased 1,200 square feet at 1870 W. Prince Road from Presson Corp. Rob Glaser and Paul Hooker, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Gary Best, with Keller Williams of Southern Arizona, represented the tenant.

Metro PCS leased 1,050 square feet at 1645 W. Valencia Road from Wilcox Center LLC. Greg Furrier, with Picor, represented the landlord, and Mike Zaven, with Hot Spot Properties Inc., represented the tenant.
