CPA: 17-Global bought the 143,650- square-foot building at 3350 E. Hemisphere Loop for $18.9 million from Summit Properties of Seattle. The sale was brokered by Neil Glassmoyer, Tivon Moffitt and Peter Bauman of Colliers International.

Schumer Investments LLC bought 3,100 square feet at 1221 N. Wilmot Road from Rio Verde Ventures & CT Medical LLC for $310,000. Rick Kleiner of Picor represented both parties.


QRP Inc. leased 15,000 square feet at 3781 N. Highway Drive from Daveck Properties LLC. Ron Zimmerman, of Picor, represented the landlord. Paul Hooker, also with Picor, represented the tenant.
