Rome Days at St. Gregory's Prep

With trusty sword in hand, seventh grader Daniel DeLaFuente, 13, looks underneath a papier mache pig with the hopes of piercing a bag of grape juice that is supposed to simulate blood to ceremonially mark the start of the games. Middle school students explored the lives of the ancient Romans by replicating some of their athletic activities during Rome Days at St Gregory College Prep School, 3231 N. Craycroft Rd.
