Tyler Davis silenced UA’s bats Saturday, and Washington beat Arizona in Seattle for a second straight day, this time 5-2.

Davis (4-1) allowed just three singles in seven innings.

Arizona (11-14, 1-4 Pac-12) scored a run in the second to tie the game at 1. Trent Gilbert led off with a single and eventually scored on a wild pitch by Davis.

The UA’s other run came on an RBI single by Joe Maggi.

The teams play the series finale today at 1 p.m.
