The Arizona Wildcats scored four runs over the final two innings, but couldn’t manage to catch up to Abilene Christian in a 6-5 loss at Hi Corbett Field on Saturday night.

The Wildcats (21-33) play their season finale against Abilene Christian (18-35) today at noon.

Trent Gilbert had a double, a triple and an RBI for UA.

The UA scored three two-out runs in the eighth. With two on, Riley Moore tripled and Willie Calhoun followed with a run-scoring single that cut the deficit to two. The UA added a run in the ninth.
