Jedd Gyorko hit his 21st home run, and the Tucson Padres scored three runs in the fourth on their way to a 6-0 win in Fresno.

Blake Tekotte and Jesus Merchan also homered for Tucson, and Padres starter Andrew Cashner, on a rehab assignment from San Diego, threw two scoreless innings, striking out two and allowing a pair of hits. Kip Wells threw five shutout innings in relief of Cashner, and Jorge Reyes tossed the final two innings.

Fresno left seven runners on base.

Gyorko and infielder Vince Belnome each had multi-hit games for the Padres, who won their second straight.
