Ryan Jackson drove in Justin Christian with a sacrifice fly to right field in the bottom of the 10th inning Thursday to give host Memphis a 2-1 win over the Tucson Padres.

Tucson (59-54) scored its only run in the first when Brandon Allen singled in Dan Robertson. The Padres had only four hits - all singles - in the final nine innings.

Memphis tied the game at 1 when Kolten Wong singled in Mike O'Neill in the sixth inning.

Brad Boxberger (2-4) took the loss for the Padres. Tucson starting pitcher Matt Andriese allowed one run on six hits in eight innings.

The teams conclude their four-game series with a 5:05 p.m. contest today.

Tucson remains two games behind first-place Las Vegas, which lost 4-0 at Nashville.
