The Nashville Sounds rallied for two runs in the ninth inning to beat the visiting Tucson Padres 5-4 on Monday.

Nashville's Josh Prince started the rally with a leadoff double off reliever and loser Miles Mikolas (4-2), who struck out the next two batters.

However, Mikolas then gave up three consecutive singles with Sean Halton's line drive to left scoring Kentrall Davis with the winning run.

The Padres took a 4-3 lead in the sixth inning on Cody Decker's solo home run, his 13th homer of the season, with two out.

Allen Brandon and Jaff Decker led the Padres' offense with two hits each. Brandon was 2 for 3 with a double and an RBI. Jaff Decker was 2 for 5 and scored a run.
