The Tucson Padres managed just six hits as the host Omaha Storm Chasers secured a series split with a 5-1 win Thursday.

After Tucson (25-22) had scored 20 runs in the first three games of the series, Omaha starter Chris Dwyer (4-2) limited the Padres for eight innings, striking out six and walking three. Michael Mariot pitched a perfect ninth to wrap it up.

The Padres' lone run came in the fourth inning when Rene Rivera scored on an RBI single to center by Jonathan Galvez.

Tucson starter Sean O'Sullivan (3-3) gave up eight hits and four runs in six innings.
