The Tucson Padres' 13-hit attack wasn't enough to overcome four homers by the host Omaha Storm Chasers, who got the timely hits in an 11-8 victory Monday.

Tucson stranded eight runners while Omaha left only one runner on base in an 11-hit performance that included a three-run homer by Adam Moore in the second inning and another three-run blast by Chad Tracy in the sixth.

The Padres led 8-7 going into the bottom of the seventh inning when Omaha scored three runs on four hits, including a two-run homer by Christian Colon.

Second-baseman Dean Anna paced Tucson at the plate with a 3-for-5 performance. He drove in two runs and scored once.

Tucson reliever Brad Boxberger was tagged with the loss. He gave up five hits - two of them homers - and four run in two innings.
