Despite Dean Anna going 4 for 4 with four runs scored, the Tucson Padres suffered their third straight defeat, losing 10-6 to the host Nashville Sounds on Saturday.

The Padres (59-56) have lost four of five games on their road trip, but remain two games back of first place in the Pacific Southern Division.

Anna had a homer and a double.

Nashville put together a four-run eighth inning to break open a 6-6 game.

Tucson struck for three runs in the first inning behind Gregorio Petit's two-run single and a Nashville fielding error.

Anna hit his ninth home runs of the season in the second, keeping Tucson's lead at three runs.

Robinzon Diaz launched a two-run home run in the fourth to cut the Padres' advantage to one.

Tucson got one run back in the fifth on a fielder's choice by Petit, his third RBI of the game.

Hainley Statia hit the Sounds' third home run of the game in the fifth in a two-run inning that tied the score at 5.

Josh Prince put the Sounds ahead 6-5 in the sixth with an RBI single to center.

Mike Wilson's two-out RBI single in the seventh knotted the score at 6.

But the Sounds scored fours runs in the eighth on four hits and an error by Anna.
