Tucson scored twice in the ninth inning, but the Padres failed to tie it up with runners at second and third in a 5-4 loss at Sacramento on Sunday night.

Tucson's Brandon Allen homered in the second to make it 1-0. But Sacramento got three in the third - led by Shane Peterson's two-run double - scored on a bases-loaded walk in the fourth and made it 5-1 in the fifth on Anthony Aliotti's RBI single.
