Tucson 6, Salt Lake 4

Game 2, 7 innings

• Highlight: Tucson's Cody Decker homered to lead off the bottom of the sixth inning to break a 4-4 tie, and Jaff Decker added a sacrifice fly RBI as the Padres (57-52) stormed back from a four-run deficit and escaped a bases-loaded jam in the top of the seventh to sweep the doubleheader against the Bees (61-48) on Sunday. Starting pitcher Jorge Reyes put Tucson in an early hole, allowing three earned runs and walking three in 1 2/3 innings. But the bullpen came to the rescue, and a full-team effort on offense helped the Padres beat a Salt Lake team that came into the day with a seven-game winning streak. Eight of Tucson's nine starters had at least a hit in the game.

• Big number: 3: After sitting out for the first game of the doubleheader, first baseman Decker went 3 for 3 with two runs and two RBIs, including his 12th homer of the season.

• Tonight's starters: RHP Anthony Bass (2-4, 7.45 ERA), Tucson, vs. RHP James Paxton (8-11, 5.04 ERA), Salt Lake
