Tucson 7, Colorado Springs 4

• Highlight: Sunday's win at Kino Stadium gave the Padres (11-12) back-to-back victories and a split of their four-game series with the Sky Sox. Colorado Springs (12-9) scored two in the fourth inning to take a 4-1 lead, but Tucson answered with the final six runs to close out the game. Right-hander Thad Weber had his third straight impressive start for Tucson, though Sunday was his poorest of the stretch. He went six innings, allowing six hits and four earned runs, to pick up his third win of the season in front of a crowd of 2,917.

• Big number: 17. Tucson entered the game with 17 home runs on the season, placing it in the bottom fourth of the Pacific Coast League. Yet, the Padres came through with some unusual power, hitting three out of the park Sunday. They nearly had a fourth, but the top portion of the right field wall kept Dean Anna's fourth-inning shot in play.

• Tonight's starters: RHP Eddie Bonine (0-1, 6.23 ERA), Tucson, vs. RHP Brian Sweeney (2-0, 3.78 ERA), Tacoma.
