The Arizona Wildcats' new uniforms are out, officially.
After waiting for approval from Nike to release images of their new duds, the Wildcats sent out photos of two players, each wearing a new uniform.
The UA will debut its jerseys Thursday night against UCLA.
The new shorts — which have a block "A" on one side and CATS down the other — are 66 percent lighter than the Wildcats' previous uniforms, which were debuted in March 2007.
Nike's back-panel graphic display features a cactus, basketball and sunrays similar to that on the Arizona flag.
The UA will wear three new uniforms the rest of the season, and presumably for years to come — those in white, navy and cardinal.
