Two Pac-12 teams ranked in the top five of the USA Today Coaches Poll, which was released today.

USC received 19 first-place votes — one more than No. 1 LSU and one less than No. 2 Alabama — to finish third. Only four voting points separated the Tigers and Crimson Tide, and only 11 points separated Alabama and USC.

Oregon was No. 5, after Oklahoma.

The next, and last, Pac-12 team is all the way down at No. 18, Stanford.

Washington was the de facto No. 26, receiving two votes less than No. 25 Auburn. Utah received 22 votes.
