Solomon Hill was rated the No. 2 most-ready-to-play NBA rookie, according to NBA analyst and former player Dennis Scott.

Scott said he was impressed with Hill both on and off the court, though he said Hill might not see big initial minutes because of Indiana's other players.


A major reason for the speculation that Craig Victor could choose LSU over Arizona is the presence of Tigers assistant coach Korey McCray, who joined LSU from UCLA last spring.

McCray is a former Atlanta travel-ball coach who helped Ben Howland land Jordan Adams and Tony Parker at UCLA -- and he's known to have had a strong relationship with Victor.

Andrew Lopez of the New Orleans Times-Picayune predicts Victor will now choose LSU.
