Of all the commitments over the weekend, two may be of interest to the Arizona Wildcats.

New UCLA coach Steve Alford pulled in a commitment from guard Trevon Bluiett, who says he wants to help the Bruins land Justise Winslow. Bluiett was a onetime recruiting target of the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak picked up his second big commitment in the past few weeks with forward Kyle Kuzma.

As much as the Chicago Bears appeared to want Fendi Onobun to make the team, they cut him and signed him to their practice squad.

ASU and the Pac-12 have drawn a line in the sand over Grand Canyon's push into Division I.

Former Washington players Justin Dentmon and Aziz N'Diaye have found jobs overseas.

In case you missed it, we had a Q-and-A with Nick Johnson recently.
