One of the reasons Mark Lyons said he was looking forward to tonight was that he simply loves road games, the feeling of having the crowd against his guys.

He also is confident because he says the Wildcats have a mature group of players who get along.

"We've got guys on our bench who can go start anywhere in the country, so just having a team-oriented chemistry is the best thing we've got going," Lyons said. "We trust our teammates. If somebody comes off the court, we're cheering them. If there's ups and downs, we gotta try to win the game and pull it out whenever we can."

Lyons said Nick Johnson mature enough that "some people might think he's a fifth-year senior" and that freshman forward Grant Jerrett is easy to work with, having no issues after he played just five minutes and went scoreless against Southern Miss on Tuesday.

"Honestly, Grant is one of those guys who would talk to us -- like 'Guys, don't worry about me. I'm good,' " Lyons said. "The young guys on our team are team players. They’re McDonalds all-Americans -- you see them individually -- but they're great team players who all focus on each other instead of individual goals."
