Die-hards take notice: ESPN will show 10 hours of the NBA combine in Chicago this week on Thursday and Friday.

ESPNU will have coverage from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on both days, while ESPN2 takes over from 11 to noon.

After one season coaching under Johnny Dawkins, Mark Madson is leaving Stanford to become a head coach in the D-League.

The Twitterverse had a field day with Andrew Wiggins.

Wiggins' decision to go to Kansas moved the Jayhawks to a 10-1 shot to win the NCAA title, according to one Las Vegas oddsmaker, while UA is among five teams listed at 12-1.

Wiggins' decision also moved the Jayhawks to No. 5 in an ESPN preseason Top 25, just below No. 4 Arizona.
