Trey Mason, the son of former Wildcat player Harvey Mason, Jr., has committed to Arizona as a recruited walk-on.

Harvey Mason, Jr., announced the news via Twitter this morning and Mason's travel ball team, the Compton Magic, offered support.

Mason averaged 15.5 points and 1.3 assists for Loyola High School last season, teaming with committed UA recruit Parker Jackson-Cartwright. Current UA walk-on Jacob Hazzard also played for Loyola in 2011-12.

Draft Express ranks Solomon Hill as one of the top 15 NBA combine players in athletic testing done last week in Chicago, while placing Grant Jerrett No. 44. Draft Express listed all the testing in its database (you may need to search for "2013" and "Draft Combine" to see results for Hill, Jerrett and other combine participants).
