Solomon Hill told the Republic that Kevin Parrom is not one of the Pac-12's dirty players, despite his "no easy buckets" foul three years ago.

John Gasaway has five Pac-12 freshmen -- Shabazz Muhammad, Jordan Adams, Josh Scott, Daymean Dotson and Jahii Carson -- ranked ahead of Brandon Ashley on his list of top freshmen in college basketball.


Hill was one of four UA athletes to be honored for academics in November and December.


Utah coach Larry Krystkowiak and center Jason Washburn have developed a strong relationship.

Oregon at UCLA, 2 p.m (CBS)

California at Stanford, 2:30 p.m. (FSN). Justin Cobbs and Chasson Randle are still learning as point guards.

Oregon State at USC, 6 p.m. (Pac-12 Networks). The Beavers are expected to get Eric Moreland and Victor Robbins back.

Colorado at Washington State, 8 p.m. (Pac-12 Networks). The Buffs have run into a familiar sight -- snow -- and both of the teams are desperate for a win.

Utah at Washington,  9 p.m. (ESPNU)
