Except for a 12-3 deficit at the start of its Jan. 31 win at Washington, most of Arizona's early game slumps have come at McKale Center.

Sean Miller says the Wildcats have had some anxiety early in home games, and he's hoping Arizona can get over that today against Cal.

In advance of today's 5 p.m. game (Pac-12 Networks), we also had a scouting report with some notes and Miller's comments on Cal.

In an Oakland Tribune preview, Mike Montgomery says the Wildcats are "not nearly the team they are" without Mark Lyons.

Former Wildcat guard Daniel Bejarano was critical of Miller in the Coloradan.

The Phoenix product, who transferred to Colorado State after rarely leaving the UA bench as a freshman in 2010-11, says Miller told him he'd never play Division I basketball again, that he "cares more about money than getting players better," and that Lute Olson told him he would still be playing for the Wildcats if Olson were still there.

The Coloradan said Miller and UA opted not to comment.
