Mark Lyons 18 points. Solomon Hill 17 points. Brandon Ashley 11 rebounds. Nick Johnson 10 points and seven assists.

Arizona shot 57.7 percent from the field and hit 12 of 21 three pointers. The Wildcats also outrebounded the Lumberjacks 39-27.

NAU was held to 5 of 17 three-point shooting, the best defensive three-point effort UA has posted this year.

Kevin Parrom hits a layup to give UA a 41-point lead with 5:16 left. McKale emptying out fast.

Brandon Ashley has 10 rebounds with seven minutes left in the game. He also had 10 last week vs. Long Beach State.

Fans are starting to leave McKale Center with UA up 69-37 but a few are stopping in the aisles to watch the ooh-aah man.

UA is up 59-34 with 11:46 left in the game.

Arizona has scored 22 points off 12 NAU turnovers through the first 26 minutes of the game.

Arizona forced four NAU turnovers in the first four minutes of the second half to expand its lead to 53-30.

DeWayne Russell hits a three-pointer at the halftime buzzer for NAU.

The Lumberjacks hit 3 of 7 three pointers in the half and shot 42.3 percent overall.

Arizona made 5 of 10 from long range and shot 55.6 percent overall.

Arizona outrebounded NAU 17-14.

Nick Johnson already has seven points and four assists while UA leads 34-22 at the final media timeout of the first half (3:34).

Wildcats not getting much of an edge on boards, however, up only 13-12.

Arizona led 31-17 with 6:26 left in the first half. By then, the Wildcats shot 62 percent from the floor and held NAU to 1 of 4 three-point shooting.

Arizona took a 9-0 lead early, getting a three-pointer from Solomon Hill and a steal that Nick Johnson turned into a dunk.

The Wildcats were up 15-4 after Brandon Ashley sank a 14-foot jump shot and Mark Lyons converted a three-point play.
