Kevin Zimmerman pointed out that today's game is actually Bob Cantu's second shot at the Wildcats -- he served as the interim coach during the 2011 Pac-10 Tournament against UA when Kevin O'Neill had been suspended after his scuffle with one of Lute Olson's good friends.

A possible break for Arizona in its quest to stay in the Pac-12 race: Oregon point guard Dominic Artis is out with a foot injury, though the severity of it is unknown at this point.

Washington has a chance to jump back in things with a win at Oregon today.

UCLA's compliance office said it determined that Shabazz Muhammad's Gucci backpack was a family gift.
