Arizona Wildcats freshman forward Aaron Gordon was named to the 50-player Wooden Award watch list today.

Gordon is one of nine freshmen on the list and one of six Pac-12 players. The other Pac-12 players are Jahii Carson of ASU, Jordan Adams and Kyle Anderson of UCLA, Spencer Dinwiddie of Colorado and Dwight Powell of Stanford.

This is the first year that freshmen can be included on the Wooden Award watch list.

The Wooden Award will issue a 20-player midseason list as well as a 10-player Wooden All-American team to be named during the Elite Eight. The Wooden Award winner will be announced after the Final Four in April.

The games involving Pac-12 teams tonight are all on the various Pac-12 Networks:

Miami (Ohio) at ASU, 7 p.m. Herb Sendek will face his old team.

Oakland at No. 24 UCLA, 7 p.m.

Denver at California, 9 p.m.

CS Northridge at USC, 9 p.m.

On Pac-12 Arizona, only the Miami-ASU and Denver-Cal games will be shown.

Lots of postgame notes from Monday's game on the previous thread if you missed it.
