The NCAA put Arizona's 1997 national champions, as well as individuals Miles Simon and Sean Elliott, on its lists of top performers in NCAA tournament history.

Simon and Elliott were named among the 75 finalists named for best players in tournament history.

Arizona's 1996-97 team, which famously beat three No. 1 seeds en route to the championship, made the list for top teams. The 2006-07 Florida team made that list, too.

There's also a list of top tourney moments.

Fans will be able to vote on their choices among the finalists starting in January at the NCAA's March Madness website. The top 15 players, along with the top team and top moment, will be announced during the Final Four.

In conjunction with the NCAA, CBS will be presenting specials about the tournament throughout this season.
