The Arizona Wildcats snagged their second commitment of the week tonight when Anthem Boulder Creek High School offensive lineman Nathan Eldridge pledged to the UA.

Eldridge was at Arizona’s practice tonight on an unofficial visit and committed to coach Rich Rodriguez and the UA when the team wrapped up.

Some schools were recruiting Eldridge as a defensive tackle, but the Wildcats plan to use him on the interior of the line, most likely at center.

He’s rated as a three-star recruit by the recruiting service. Currently, his only other FBS offer is from Air Force.

Eldridge is the 22nd known commitment of the 2015 class for the Wildcats. His commitment came four days after junior college cornerback Dane Cruikshank’s pledge.

Eldridge is the fifth offensive lineman of the class, joining Keenan Walker, Cody Creason, Harper Sherman and Alex Kosinski.
