BOULDER, Colo. —  If John Elway is looking for Tim Tebow's replacement, today might not be the best time for Nick Foles to impress him.

Pregame drills at Colorado's blustery Folsom Field have turned comical because of swirling, nasty wind. Kickers and punters are shaking their heads in disgust, while leaves and trash bags blow across the field.

Passing appears to be a tough task.

The Arizona Wildcats (2-7, 1-6) figure to run a bit more, then, even with Denver Broncos executive vice president, Elway, scouting Foles in person.

The UA will be without defensive end C.J. Parish, who will miss his second-straight game with an ankle injury. He did not fly to Boulder with the team Friday.

The 1-9 Buffaloes are looking for their first Pac-12 win. Today is their home finale.
