The Arizona baseball team scored six times in the eighth inning Tuesday night en route to a 10-4 victory over New Mexico at Kindall/Sancet Stadium.

Four Wildcat relievers - Grayson Adams, Tyler Hale, Nick Cunningham and Cory Bernard - shut down the Lobos in the final three innings, after the game was tied at 4 through six innings. Cunningham earned the victory, his second in as many decisions.

Daniel Workman and Bryce Bandilla pitched the first 5 1/3 innings for UA, which won its 12th straight.

Joey Rickard powered the Wildcats with three hits, two runs and five RBIs, including his fourth home run of the season.

Seth Mejias-Brean and Alex Mejia added two hits apiece in Arizona's 10-hit attack.
