The Arizona Wildcats will be traveling early and often this fall.

The Pac-12 Conference released its 2013 schedule Thursday, and the Wildcats will play five of their first eight games on the road.

After opening the season Aug. 31 at home versus Northern Arizona, the Wildcats, looking to build off 2012's 8-5 mark, will travel to UNLV for their first road game of the season on Sept. 7.

The team returns to Arizona Stadium on Sept. 14 for its final nonconference game of the season against Texas-San Antonio.

The Wildcats then have byes two of the next three weeks, with the team's conference opener at Washington Sept. 28 sandwiched in between.

A Thursday night prime time game at USC on Oct. 10 follows the second bye week. It will be the team's first Thursday night game since 2011 against UCLA.

The team's first home conference game comes a week later against Utah. Road games at Colorado and California follow the home matchup with the Utes.

After facing former offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes and Cal, Arizona will return for three straight home games against UCLA, Washington State and Oregon.

The season concludes with the Territorial Cup on Nov. 30 in Tempe. The Wildcats haven't lost at Sun Devil Stadium since a 20-17 setback in 2007 to close out the season.

Arizona will not face Stanford or Oregon State in 2013 or 2014.

Washington State and California return to this year's schedule after being absent in 2011 and 2012.
