Ka'Deem Carey is Arizona's new all-time leading rusher. 

The UA's junior running back broke Trung Canidate’s school record for career rushing yards with a 20-yard gain on third-and-1 in the third quarter of today's game against Oregon.

Carey came into the game needing 118 yards to top Canidate's mark. He finished with more than enough: 246 yards on a school-record 48 carries. He also  For his career, Carey now has 3,953 yards; the Wildcats will finish their regular season next week against Arizona State, then play in a bowl game. 

The Canyon del Oro High School product was recognized on the Arizona Stadium video board during a timeout after the rush and received a standing ovation. Canidate is also at the game.
