Max Hall’s 28-yard scoring pass to Isaiah Williams with 39 seconds left boosted the Arizona Cardinals to a 24-18 victory over the Raiders in their preseason opener Thursday in Oakland, Calif.

Williams’ touchdown came less than two minutes after Sebastian Janikowski’s 57-yard field goal had put the Raiders up 18-17.

Hall, the fourth quarterback to play for Arizona, completed all four of his passes for 66 yards and the winning touchdown.
