Salpointe Catholic and Catalina Foothills will play back-to-back matches tonight for a chance to take part in Saturday's state girls soccer championships.

Fourth-seeded Catalina Foothills will face top-seeded Flagstaff at 5 p.m., with Salpointe Catholic taking on Prescott immediately following at Gilbert Williams Field High School. The winners will play each other for the Class 4A sate title on Saturday at 11:30 a.m., also at Williams Field. 

The matches kick off a furious week of high school soccer. Here's a look: 

TUESDAY'S MATCHES

GIRLS SOCCER

Class 4A state semifinals: No. 4 Catalina Foothills vs. No. 1 Flagstaff, 5 p.m. at Williams Field High School

Up next: The winner plays in the Class 4A state title game at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Williams Field High School

Class 4A state semifinals: No. 2 Salpointe Catholics vs. No. 6 Prescott, 7 p.m. at Williams Field.

Boys soccer

Class 4A state semifinals: No. 10 Salpointe Catholic vs. No. 3 Phoenix Cortez, 7 p.m. at Williams Field High School

THURSDAY'S MATCH

Girls soccer

Class 5A state semifinals: No. 2 Ironwood Ridge vs. No. 3 Scottsdale Chaparral, 7 p.m. at Campo Verde High School
