Chelsea Goodacre drove in three runs, increasing her team-leading RBI total to 40, but Arizona failed to complete a sweep over Utah in Salt Lake City.

The No. 17 Wildcats lost 8-4 after winning the first two games of the series. The win was Utah's first conference victory of the season.

Shelby Babcock (11-4) pitched the first 3 1/3 innings for Arizona (23-11, 3-3) and allowed seven runs, four earned. Estela Piñon pitched the final 2 2/3 innings and allowed one run on one hit.

Utah is (14-15-1, 1-5).
