For the third straight game, the Arizona Wildcats made short work of Oregon State on Monday.

No. 7-ranked UA posted its third straight mercy-rule win over the Beavers, scoring six times in the first inning and seven times in the third in a 14-1 win at Hillenbrand Stadium.

The Wildcats (28-6, 3-3) outscored Oregon State 36-2 in the three-game sweep, and are now 19-0 at home on the season.

Chelsea Goodacre hit two homers and is tied for the NCAA lead with 13 this year. Her first-inning grand slam gave UA a quick 4-0 lead, and she later led off the second inning with a solo shot to put the Wildcats up 7-0.

Goodacre finished with five RBIs, giving her 48 for the season.

Hallie Wilson drove in four runs and hit her sixth homer of the season. She homered in all three games of the series. UA leads the nation with 54 home runs.

Goodacre, Wilson, Kellie Fox, Katiyana Mauga and Mo Mercado all had two hits for the Wildcats.

Estela Piñon (9-4) earned the win with three scoreless innings. Shelby Babcock allowed one run in two innings of relief .

The Wildcats visit No. 11 Arizona State this weekend. All three games — Friday at 5 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 7 p.m. — will air on Pac-12 Arizona.
