Salpointe Catholic's boys and girls tennis teams had a perfect third round of the Division I individual state tournament on Saturday.
On the boys side, the top-seeded doubles team of Andrew Dunn and Tyler Linscott won 6-1, 6-1. Dunn is going for his second straight doubles title after winning with his brother, Matt, last year.
No. 6 duo Brandon Gerber and Jack Amos also advanced in doubles action, winning 7-5, 6-2, along with freshman Yash Parikh, the No. 4 seed in boys singles, who won 6-0, 6-2.
On the girls end, top-seeded Caroline Amos easily won 6-0, 6-0, while teammates Nicole Whinery and Maeve McGeorge advanced with a 6-1, 7-6 win.
The chance of an all-Southern Arizona Final Four is possible in both the boys and girls singles brackets.
Ironwood Ridge's Alex Bose, the No. 1 seed in boys action, won as did sixth-seeded teammate Ryan Knox.
No. 5 seed Francisco Ton of Nogales advanced and will face No. 4 seed Nate Rasmussen of Catalina Foothills. No. 2 seed Mike Lee, also from Foothills, won.
In girls singles, No. 1 seed Sara Brown of Ironwood Ridge, No. 3 seed Cristina Oropeza of Nogales, No. 5 seed Susanna Studwell of Sabino and No. 7 seed Katie Watson of Foothills moved on.
Top-seeded sisters and defending doubles state champions Rachana and Kirtana Bhat, advanced. Joining them is the No. 2 duo of Marissa Baca and Kelsey Brown from Ironwood Ridge, who play Nogales' Lizette Lopez and Gaby Belisario. The fourth-seeded tandem of Janine and Jeunne Fernando from Sabino also advanced.
I-Ridge's No. 1 duo of Cody Petford and Adam Knox is in the boys quarters with Foothills' Quinn Gardner and Andrew Good and Nogales' Alexis Ton and Alan Soto-Hopkins, who will square off Friday.
No. 4 David Strong of St. Gregory and No. 5 Richie Foitik of Santa Rita are meeting in the boys singles quarters for the second straight year, along with Pusch Ridge Christian's Evan Gazic.
Pusch Ridge also advanced two boys doubles teams with No. 6 duo Joel Johnson and Michael Houser and Davis Towne and Cameron Vick winning.
Top-seeded girls duo Allie Scott and Gabrielle Courtney from Pusch Ridge is the only Southern Arizona tandem remaining and Courtenay Gleason of Desert Christian is the only local left in singles.
